Hudson Grove Property Management is looking for our next Senior Property Manager to join our company. This position directs the creation of sincere and genuine connections while maintaining a positive work environment, delegating and managing the daily functions of 6 communities with 432 apartment homes in the southwest Denver area. What You Will Be Doing

- You will provide leadership to your onsite team, expressing genuine appreciation for your team’s valuable hard work and tenure and ensuring they meet position milestones.
- You’ll work daily with your team to build genuine and authentic connections with our residents while they live in our communities, maintaining a positive, professional relationship with them from the first tour to move-out.
- While proactively and efficiently managing all property operations, you will analyze and prepare weekly and monthly reports, meeting or exceeding revenue and expense expectations.
- Focuses on enhancing curb appeal and ensures general cleanliness of all common areas
- Reference your experience in achieving acceptable levels of occupancy, renewal and market rates, unit turnover, delinquency, and limiting overall turnover for our communities.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members to this portfolio
- Help to implement retention initiatives for both our team members and our residents
- Perform other duties as assigned

Specifically, our Senior Property Manager…
- Brings at least 4 years of progressive property management experience, solid team supervisory experience, and at least 2 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
- Has above-average organization and verbal skills, with an excellent attendance record.
- Uses knowledge of local, state, and federal housing laws and know how to respond to current and prospective residents, offer sound solutions to their questions and/or concerns, and always follow up to be sure the end result meets your own high expectations.
- Demonstrates initiative and problem resolution with a customer service focus
- Has the willingness to perform varied tasks with a sense of urgency. Able to prioritize tasks, presenting simple solutions to solve complex problems.
- Has experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar)
- Has experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi & Rent Café.
- Having the ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus!
- Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire.
