At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech and media (Netflix and Amazon), and we're seeking a Financial Analyst to perform financial and operational analyses and assist with forecasting and analytical support for various projects within our company's portfolio. As an integral member of the Financial Planning & Analysis corporate team, the candidate will collaborate with the Accounting and Property Operations department to manage projects timely and efficiently.

- Maintain financial models using Excel and Argus software for financial analysis of properties, focusing on lease revenue, operating expenses and capital spend.
- Assist in preparing all quarterly files including various analyses on all properties such as budget to actual, YTD, and current verses prior quarters.
- Track leasing activities across assigned properties.
- Review and analyze corporate forecasts and budgets, identifying trends and variance drivers.
- Assist in quarterly/annual SEC filings and other public disclosures.
- Coordinate and gather information from various departments in the Company (primarily accounting, leasing, operations and investor relations) for use in financial projections and data analysis.
- Assist in preparing corporate presentations and responding to queries from executives and various stakeholders.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in financial analysis, public accounting, or real estate accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Sumif, Sumproduct).
- Knowledge of Argus Software (optional).
- Highly organized, efficient, and attentive to detail, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects timely and accurately.
- High level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment .
Please note, this position will be 5 days on-site located in Brentwood, Los Angeles.
Salary Range: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually USD (subject to relevant experience)
