The Chief Health Executive oversees operations of all departments.
Job Duties include:
- Develop, implement and evaluates the organization’s business strategies.
- Develop goals and objectives for the organization.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Facilitate, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, physicians, community members, and industry leaders
- Monitor industry trends and developments, healthcare regulations, and best practices, to adjust strategies as needed
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on potential partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions
- Report on strategic progress and outcomes to the board and executive leadership.
- Clearly communicates the mission of the organization and leads by example.
- Evaluate financial performance areas for revenue growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Active NJ State MD license.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a strategic role, in a Medical Center.
