We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing customer payments and refunds, and assisting in month-end closing. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:

Receive, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Ensure invoices are coded to the correct General Ledger (GL) account

Reconcile accounts payable statements and research discrepancies

Prepare and process payments to vendors and customers
-
Process customer refunds and payments while ensuring accuracy

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions

Prepare and organize various monthly financial reports

Assist in month-end closing procedures

Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams
Required Skills:
