As an Internet Sales Associate, you’ll be an integral part of our online sales team—helping customers with their purchases, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience. This role requires comfort with computers, websites, and general internet tools—but is not technical in nature.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to online sales inquiries via phone, text, and email

Guide customers through the online ordering process

Answer questions regarding products, delivery options, and financing

Coordinate and schedule successful deliveries

Manage third-party logistics for out-of-area deliveries

Resolve delivery issues, process returns, and handle repair requests
