Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Success: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.
- Engage Clients: Welcome clients with a friendly and positive attitude, offering personalized guidance to help them find the perfect furniture and design solutions.
- Close Deals with Confidence: Skillfully explain financing and protection plans, addressing client needs, and ensuring seamless sales transactions.
- Coordinate Deliveries: Collaborate with clients and the warehouse team to schedule and manage timely and accurate deliveries.
- Cultivate a Positive Work Environment: Maintain a clean, vibrant, and safe workspace that encourages collaboration and fun for you and your team.
- Deliver In-Home Design Excellence: Conduct professional and creative design consultations in clients' homes, tailoring solutions to their unique tastes and needs.
- Be Adaptable: Show flexibility and readiness to relocate to a nearby store upon completion of the program, as required, to further your career growth.
