This position supports IT needs at a school level through general IT maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network issues. An IT technician solves problems, deploys new programs and technologies and supports users of different levels. This year-round position offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications :
- AS in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Experience providing computer hardware and software support to users. Excellent customer service abilities, interpersonal skills and team player attitude. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and students.
- Possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to give clear guidance and direction.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software. Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software problems.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn new technology.
- Ability to install, configure and maintain computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
Working Conditions : Non-Union, entry level salary is $40,000 per year. Our benefit package includes a competitive cost share for health, dental and life insurance at no cost to the employee, and participation in NH retirement system. Additional benefit plans include vision, FSA, 403b participation and a variety of AFLAC plans. Non-Union full-time employees with Hudson School District are provided with vacation, personal and sick time.
