- Accurately complete all types of account transactions requested by members by following organizational processes and procedures.

- Adhere to branch safety and security practices and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and securely handling cash and negotiable items.
- Maintain a working knowledge of HVCU products, services, and systems, utilizing resources to ensure quality member service.
