">Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional member service and respond to member inquiries and concerns; ">
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records; ">
- Assist management with daily operational tasks, including opening new memberships, accounts, loans, and processing loan and account transactions; ">
- Refer members to branch business partners as appropriate; ">
- Develop and maintain relationships with members to increase retention and cross-sell opportunities; ">
- Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services through ongoing training and education; ">
Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent; NYS Notary Public license achieved within 12 months of obtaining position; minimum 1 year customer service and sales experience in a financial institution or retail environment; ">
- Previous Teller or cash handling experience in a financial institution or retail environment is preferred; ">
