Connexure is hiring a Product Manager in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the success and growth of the organization's product portfolio by focusing on key responsibilities. They will develop and implement product strategies that are aligned with market trends and customer needs, ensuring that products are innovative, scalable, and deliver value. Managing stakeholder relationships is essential, as the Product Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to address market challenges, provide strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term product success and business impact.

Connexure, formerly known as Young Consulting was founded by David Young in 1995. Connexure started developing software for insurance carriers to help them better manage their books of business. Today, Connexure is a software company focused on servicing the entire self-funded medical benefits ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand and represent the voice of the user (“the who”)
• Clearly define the right problems to solve (“the what”) and ensure we have the right end to end solution to solve them (“the how”)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, business analysts, and sales, to translate customer and end-user needs to deliver innovative and customer-centric products.
• Lead the product lifecycle including defining and capturing requirements, creating roadmaps, and creating and managing backlogs.
• Utilize data-driven insights (both qualitative and quantitative) to make informed decisions and optimize product performance and client satisfaction.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, and Others in engaging in customer-centric product management and seeking “win-win” opportunities for Connexure and our clients
• Provide relevant thought leadership, product information, and expertise to support sales and client engagement efforts.
• Keep a pulse on industry movement and activities and be on top of key trends and technologies.
• Anticipate where relevant companies, trends, and technologies might be going and inform Connexure’s strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact ensuring clear communication and alignment on product initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic plans to executive leadership and other key internal and external stakeholders.
