- Act as the primary contact for addressing employee or partner concerns
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS upkeep
- Generate reports on key HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices across the organization
- Work with the VP of People on various strategic project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of human resource / related experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
