Job Summary:
We’re looking for a data-savvy Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in T-SQL and Power BI to support our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) operations. In this role, you'll build and maintain BI solutions that provide key insights into recruitment metrics, workforce planning, and client performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and T-SQL-based reporting solutions focused on recruitment funnel metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, recruiter productivity, and client SLAs.- Partner with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to define KPIs and translate business requirements into actionable analytics.
- Build and manage data models that integrate candidate tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and client-provided datasets.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance across systems.
- Generate ad hoc reports and insights to support operational improvements, and executive reporting.
- Provide end-user training and documentation on dashboards and BI tools to non-technical audiences.
- Identify trends and opportunities for proactive decision-making around sourcing strategies, recruiter allocation, and performance management.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.- 3 years of BI analyst experience, ideally within RPO, staffing, HR tech, or talent acquisition environments.
- Advanced proficiency in T-SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Deep knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and workforce analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, Bullhorn).- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and CRM data integration.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements in recruitment data.
Soft Skills:
