Position Overview

 

We are seeking a Patient Care and Membership Coordinator who will focus on coordinating our peptides and weight-loss programs. In this role, you will guide patients through their treatment plans, assist with scheduling and follow-up, and drive engagement in our membership programs. Your goal will be to ensure patients receive excellent care and that our members consistently see the value of their membership with Huemn.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Patient Care Coordination (Peptides & Weight-Loss)

 

· Serve as a primary point of contact for patients enrolled in peptide therapy or weight-loss programs, answering questions about treatments, dosage protocols, and follow-up care.

· Coordinate with clinical staff (physicians, nurses, nutritionists, etc.) to ensure seamless patient experiences, from initial consultations to ongoing check-ins.

· Provide patients with educational materials on peptides, weight-loss protocols, and lifestyle modifications that support their treatment plans.

· Track patient progress, maintain accurate medical records, and relay important health updates or concerns to the relevant healthcare providers.

 

2. Membership Program Management

 

· Manage and track membership subscriptions, including new sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.

· Monitor the usage of membership credits and proactively contact members to encourage appointment bookings and maximize plan benefits.

· Implement retention strategies—such as loyalty rewards, referral bonuses, and automated reminders—to enhance member satisfaction and decrease churn.

· Assist in setting up automated campaigns and targeted outreach in our CRM to re-engage inactive members.

 

3. Communication & Engagement

 

· Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and messages from patients and members about treatments, scheduling, and membership details.

· Educate patients and members on services, membership perks, special offers, and discounts, emphasizing our peptides and weight-loss programs.

· Collaborate with marketing to develop content (e.g., newsletters, social media updates) that highlights member success stories and program benefits.

 

 

4. Administrative & Operational Tasks

 

· Schedule appointments, manage follow-up reminders, and coordinate any lab or test orders related to peptide or weight-loss protocols.

· Process payments, reconcile billing, and ensure accurate membership records.

· Generate regular reports on membership performance, patient satisfaction, and appointment metrics.

· Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvement, recommending process optimizations to management.

 

Qualifications

 

Education & Experience

 

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.

· 1–3 years of experience in a patient care or customer service role; familiarity with clinical or wellness-focused environments is strongly preferred.

· Experience or knowledge in peptides, weight-loss programs, or related healthcare services is a plus.

· Experience in ordering compound pharmacy prescriptions and managing customer databases.

· Familiarity with CRM systems—particularly—or similar platforms is highly desirable.

· Strong communication skills: Ability to empathize with patients, clearly explain treatment plans, and maintain a professional tone in all interactions.

· Organizational excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities—scheduling, patient follow-ups, membership coordination—without sacrificing attention to detail.

· Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and other digital tools.

· Customer-centric mindset: Passion for delivering high-quality patient experiences, building relationships with members, and driving membership growth.

· Problem-solving ability: Resourceful and proactive in addressing patient inquiries, membership concerns, and scheduling conflicts.
