Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed for a multi-family apartment complex located in Ferriday, LA.
- Requirements: Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting preferred. HVAC certification preferred.
- Must be able to work weekday hours. No evening or weekend hours available.
- $17 - $18 per hour DOE.
- Paid holidays available immediately.
- Must provide own tools (basics), have reliable transportation, and valid driver's license.
- Benefits and paid time off offered after 60 days of employment.
**Housing Available: A 3BR rent-free unit is offered with this position. No pets allowed. **
