Maintenance Technician (Full Time)

Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for two apartment complexes. One in Hammond and the other in Springfield.

The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.
• Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.

Pay & Benefits

• 40 hrs per week. Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm w/ a 30-min lunch.
• $17.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE
• $35 per paycheck fuel reimbursement $15 per paycheck cell phone reimbursement is provided
• Position is eligible for paid time off and benefits
• Paid holidays available immediately.
• Uniform shirts provided.
