Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with installation experience, mechanical knowledge, and Dock & Door industry experience to join our team as a Field Dock & Door Service Technician. ABOUT THE POSITION
Field Dock & Door Service Techs function as part of the Warehouse Products Service Team and are responsible for installing, diagnosing, and repairing warehouse docks and doors .
In this role you will :
- Repair Warehouse Docks and Rollup Doors to bring each customer's facility back to operational safety standards through safety protocols, evaluating repair needs, and communicating those effectively with the customer .
- Performing New Installation on Dock and Door projects.
- Effectively communicate with all involved parties about possible downtime and job progress to include the Warehouse Products team so that they may also provide quality customer service and customer communications.
- Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision.
