About the Job:**
- Collaborate with the Director of Surgical Services to develop and implement strategies for the management of PreOp, IntraOp, PACU, and SPD areas.
- Actively engage with unit personnel, medical staff, and hospital administration to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care provided within the department.
- Assume responsibility for developing, maintaining, and following approved facility policies and procedures assigned to the role.
Key Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina with biannual renewal.
- Current certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and CNOR.
- Minimum three years of progressive nursing experience, including surgical services experience.
- Nurse leadership and preceptor experience.
- BSN required; Master's degree preferred.
