Growing Certified Public Accounting firm in search of an administrative assistant with light bookkeeping duties.
We are seeking a hard-working candidate who can excel in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a high level of organizational skills and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work well with all personality types, multi-task, and manage due dates and priorities.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering the phone and helping clients.
- Clerical task, such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Other administrative and bookkeeping tasks, as needed, to support the management functions of the firm.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including general ledger postings and bank reconciliations.
Qualifications must include:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt.
- Work well with a team and also independently.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Quick Books experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in using all types of office equipment and computers.
- Capable of being a leader, while also being led.
- Prior relevant experience is a plus.
