Job Summary:
The Intake Specialist often provides the first impression of the firm to potential clients and plays a vital role in providing our clients with excellent service by completing phone interviews and gathering information pertinent to their potential cases.
Leadership Responsibilities:

- No direct supervision responsibilities
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accepts a broad range of customer service call types and assesses the information to make informed decisions for conversion
- Listen and identify other products to be offered
- Transfers calls as needed
- Enters information into the case management software
- Schedules office appointments for clients and notifies departments/locations
- Schedules appointments for the Field Reps to meet with current or potential clients
- Makes recommendations for other case types that may benefit the current or potential client
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Answers telephone in a polite and professional manner
- Effectively listens to identify other case types that may benefit the current or potential client
- Display true passion for client and community service
- Ability to accurately type a minimum of 50 words per minute
- Ability to professionally multitask and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Outgoing with a high level of customer service skills
- Desires accuracy and possess the ability to take pride in work
- Reliable and dependable in performing job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects, meeting deadlines and appointments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs
Education and Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prior call center environment experience a plus
Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License, favorable driving record
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
