Job Summary:
The Salesforce & Litify Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Firm’s Litify platform and broader Salesforce environment. This role provides end-user support and technical troubleshooting, as well as assists the IT Director with flow development, platform configurations, managing reports and dashboards, and maintaining data integrity. This is a hands-on, technical role for someone with prior Litify experience.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Configures and maintains objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and custom settings
• Develops and maintains Salesforce Flows
• Provides technical support & troubleshooting
• Assists in developing and distributing training materials for updates and new features of Litify
• Troubleshoots and resolves integration and sync issues across platforms (e.g., Assuresign, Outlook, DMS, etc.)
• Works with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve technical problems
• Performs data imports, updates, and deduplication as needed
• Maintain data quality and integrity across the platform
• Assists with building and managing reports and dashboards to support business needs
• Assists with managing Salesforce user profiles and access rights
• Assists with platform updates (Litify, DocRio, Salesforce, other integrations)
• Documents configuration changes, flows, and standard operating procedures
• Provides responsive and empathetic customer support, assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive experience across various communication channels.
• Stays current with Salesforce and Litify platform updates and recommend best practices. Lifelong learner.
Skills/Abilities:
· Experience in legal tech, legal operations, or law firm environment
· Direct experience administering the Litify CRM product
· Experience developing Lightning Web Components (preferred, but not required
· Sandbox Management
· Debugging/troubleshooting Salesforce Automations
· Experience with Salesforce Flow and Process Builder
· Exposure to Apex, SOQL, or other development tools is a plus (but not required)
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4 years of comparable experience and education • 2 years of hands-on experience administering the Litify platform with 1 year of this experience in a law firm
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) (or completion of this certification within 60 days of employment as a condition of employment)
• 3 years of Salesforce administration experience
• Completion of Litify Learning Hub Administrator courses
• Experience with DocRio and Docrio Email
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flows and declarative development tools
• Experience with data imports and exports using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
• Familiarity with integration troubleshooting and API-based workflows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
