Responsibilities Include
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate party.
- Perform clerical functions such as filing, opening and distributing mail, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist the credit department by pulling PODs (proof of delivery) and mailing to customers.
- Separate invoices and mail to customers.
- Mail credits to customers.
- Become familiarized with the company and all staff in order to field incoming departmental inquiries, vendors, and ensure that those calling in can access (or not access - discretion is appreciated in some instances!) the appropriate employee.
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma required.
- Position requires attention to detail, unparalleled organization skills, and diligence!
- Must be friendly, attentive, outgoing, and have a desire to go above and beyond to help others.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of sales, customers, team members, management, executives, and vendors.
