Daily Responsibilities:
- Assists members with opening and closing accounts, may underwrite consumer loans up to the amount assigned per Credit Union policy. Answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
- Assures that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared including compilation and assembly of loan documents into files for record keeping
- Processes and inputs data on the computer system
- Acts as liaison between members and various organizations and departments
- To provide accurate, courteous, friendly, timely and professional service to all members and other employees
- Minimum of six months of similar or related experience.
- Equivalent to a high school education
