As a Project Manager Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and their teams. This includes tasks such as preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and files, managing phone calls, emails, and meeting arrangements, maintaining confidential information, interacting with various entities and individuals, scanning, organizing, filing, and archiving documents, and attending in-house meetings as requested. You'll also play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service to clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal employees.
