Job overview:
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from conception to completion. As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with clients, owners, architects, and subcontractors to develop strong professional relationships and deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities:
- Leadership; Manage, direct, and control all aspects of the project and team
- Relationships; Build, develop, and maintain relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Budget & Scheduling; Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource planning
- Risk Management; Identify, track, and mitigate risks, changes, and challenges
- Communication; Lead meetings, document processes, and communicate with all involved clearly and effectively
- Closeout & Quality Control; Oversee final inspections, systems commissioning, closeout documentation, punch lists, warranty work, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Qualifications:
- Education; 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Experience; 5 years' large commercial construction experience required
- Excellent leadership; managerial, mentoring skills, and conflict resolution
- Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor
- Disciplined, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Excellent organizational, business management, and communication skills
- Team oriented, innovative, and open to collaboration
