Accounts Payable Controller :   Monroe, WI

We are seeking an experienced  Controller  to join our client’s manufacturing environment. The Controller will manage financial operations, oversee accounts payable, and ensure the integrity of our accounting processes. This role is essential in maintaining the financial health of the organization, working closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support our growing operations.

Key  Responsibilities :

• Process invoices and issue payments efficiently.
• Ensure all invoices and monthly statements are obtained from suppliers
• Review and verify invoices and payment requests for accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements to prevent late payments.
• Process monthly sales and use tax, along with other business-related taxes.
• Maintain and balance the AP ledger and general ledger.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Manage employee expense claims and vendor master data files.
• Provide documentation for audits and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries promptly.

Pay :  $75,000 - $100,000 / year

Type :  Full-time, 1st Shift, Onsite

Schedule :  Monday – Friday 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m. (hours are negotiable)
