Our customer n Pearl City, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Order Processing Specialists to work full-time on 1st shift. As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately managing customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and coordinating with various departments to resolve any issues and maintain smooth operations.
Responsibilities of the Order Processing Specialist :
- Enter and update data accurately in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring timely completion.
- Verify the accuracy of data before inputting it into the system to maintain high-quality records.
- Organize, format, and structure data for easy retrieval and analysis.
- Cleanse data by identifying and removing duplicates or incorrect entries.
- Generate and maintain reports, charts, and graphs to represent data trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect, verify, and share necessary data.
Order Processing Specialist Requirements and Qualifications :
Pay for Order Processing Specialist : Starting at $17-20 / hour.
Order Processing Specialist Benefits :
Type : 1st Shift, Full-time
Schedule : Monday - Friday from 7 : 00am – 4 : 00pm.
