Financial Service Representative / CSR : Morrison, Illinois

Our customer in Morrison , Illinois , is a small financial institution dedicated to creating a friendly, courteous, and professional atmosphere while meeting their clients' needs. They are seeking an organized and motivated individual to join their team as a Financial Service Representative / Customer Service Representative (CSR) .

Responsibilities of the Financial Service Representative / CSR :

• Open new deposit accounts, including Checking, Savings, and Certificates of Deposit.
• Provide exceptional customer service for deposit customers.
• Troubleshoot online banking and mobile app issues for customers.
• Handle various administrative duties, including filing, answering phone calls, ordering debit cards, resolving debit card issues, and processing check orders.

Financial Service Representative / CSR Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for Financial Service Representative / CSR : $15 - $17 / hour based on experience.

Financial Service Representative / CSR Benefits :

Type : 1st Shift, Full-time.
