Inside Sales Representative- 2 yrs plus exp in steel fabrication, engineering, or similar industry

At Hughes Tank in Venus TX, we've been a regional leader in the Steel Tank Industry since 1989 and are now expanding and becoming a national leader. We are looking for a detail-driven full-time inside Sales team member to help us keep delivering high-quality, on-time projects to our clients. This position is on-site in Venus Tx.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

· This role is an on-site position in Venus TX.

· Understanding of a CRM system (ZOHO a plus)

· Must have a LinkedIn page (please provide link with resume)

· Great follow-up skills

· Must be able to make cold calls.

· Hourly Bonus and Commissions (Un capped)

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in steel Fabrication, engineering, or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with estimating software (Fishbowl, ZOHO)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to liaise between departments and external contacts
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and document management
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve issues proactively to meet tight deadlines
