Pay Rate: $40-$45/hr W2 (Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, LTD Insurance)

Are you a hands-on Accounting Manager with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and play a critical role in financial operations, ensuring compliance and excellence in accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities of Accounting Manager:

• Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Sign off on reconciliations, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Conduct balance reviews and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide insights and analysis on financial statements and support audits as needed.

Qualifications of Accounting Manager:

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, preferably in a large publicly traded company or with Big 4 experience.
• Strong expertise in general ledger management, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
