We are seeking experienced Client Support Specialists to join our client’s Data Validation & Readiness team. This team partners with retail locations across the U.S. to prepare legacy data for an SAP S / 4HANA go-live. This role involves heavy customer interaction via phone, email, and Teams, ensuring data updates are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact retail locations via phone, email, and Teams to review and remediate data issues.
- Build rapport with store contacts and navigate conversations with varying personalities.
- Follow up proactively, ensuring updates are completed within deadlines.
- Professionally address and overcome objections to ensure timely task completion.
- Maintain exceptional organization with proactive follow-ups, scheduled reminders, and structured email communications.
