We are looking for a Customer Service AR Advisor to join our team and provide top-notch assistance while ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution. What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions and provide solutions.
• Support branches and customers by addressing needs, resolving inquiries, and educating them on new features and tools.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback, using internal customer service systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and coordinate resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Uphold a professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Continuously improve processes and take on additional projects as assigned by leadership.
