FP&A Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Hybrid 3 days/week onsite
Duration: 5 months

Are you ready to take on a high-impact finance leadership role? We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to collaborate closely with our client's sales leadership, delivering strategic financial insights and aligning business goals with financial objectives. This role offers the opportunity to drive decision-making in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the sales organization and act as a strategic partner to sales leaders.
- Lead financial processes, including monthly close, planning, and forecasting, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial results, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities to guide decision-making.
- Deliver actionable recommendations through data-driven insights, supporting topline revenue, headcount, and OPEX management.
- Collaborate across teams, including Central Sales FP&A, IT, accounting, and other stakeholders, to meet deliverables and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support executive decision-making by fulfilling ad-hoc and regular requests, emphasizing actionable insights and clear communication.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5-8 years in FP&A, with a strong track record of achievement and collaborative business partnerships.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems like SAP, BPC/SAC, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with a positive attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Collaboration: Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and roll up your sleeves to drive results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
- Experience in forecasting, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing analysis.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and accounting principles.
