What You’ll Do:
- Lead marketing projects, partnering with the Collective marketing team to allocate resources and manage timelines effectively.
- Oversee and craft compelling content for Hugo’s channels, including social media, email, and our website, using FairWave’s creative resources.
- Execute impactful product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics on Shopify (DTC and B2B), making data-driven recommendations to boost revenue.
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all copy.
- Represent Hugo Tea at trade shows and industry events as a brand ambassador.
- Collaborate with café and wholesale teams to grow Hugo’s presence within the Collective and beyond.
What You’ll Bring:
- A deep passion for tea and specialty coffee.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales or marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport across all organizational levels.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.
