Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to support the Chinet® brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, developing strategic initiatives, and optimizing pricing and promotional strategies within the CPG industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to achieve company financial goals.
  • Establish processes and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pricing, promotion / trade effectiveness, trade architecture, mix management, and assortment.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize pricing, promotions, and product mix to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Support the development of pricing tools and elasticity models.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product management teams to align strategies and drive execution.
  • Assist with forecasting and planning for customers to constantly improve forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving revenue performance and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or related roles within the CPG industry.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience working with POS (Points of Sale), panel, shopper, and TPO (Trade Promotion Optimization) tools (Nielsen, Circana, Luminate, Numerator).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with financial modeling and business case development.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Environment

  • Hybrid work environment that mixes in-office and remote work to offer flexibility and support to employees. In-office hours are set by group Manager.
  • Work hours are usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but could require after hours and weekend work to complete projects on time
  • Travel as needed; up to 10%
