Job Summary
Essential Functions
- Trouble-shoot Equipment and Machinery.
- Trouble-shoot Electrical Problems with Equipment and building.
- Delegate work assignments to maintenance staff.
- Maintain and Inventory Maintenance Supplies.
- Communicate with management concerning maintenance related matters.
- Maintain a safe, organized work area for all employees on the machine.
- Collaborate with Manager to schedule and execute preventative maintenance.
- Participate in special project work with the potential to collaborate with other departments.
- Do welding and minor to major metal working.
- Practice Food Safety and all SQF Regulations.
Job Qualifications
Required
- Requires mechanical skills.
- Some electrical skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Soft knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Environment
- Manufacturing Environment.
- Occasionally lift over 60lbs by themselves.
- Standing for 8–12-hour shifts.
- Frequent bending or stooping during the 8–12-hour shift.
- Occasional lifting of parts and equipment during the 8–12-hour shift
