Role Description
Hula’s Bar & Lei Stand is seeking charismatic and high-energy Live Entertainment Performers to enhance the vibrant atmosphere of our venue. This role involves dynamic dance performances, guest interaction, and collaboration with DJs and live entertainment teams to create an engaging nightlife experience. Performers will be responsible for maintaining the high-energy environment that defines Hula’s, ensuring guests feel welcomed and entertained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform choreographed and freestyle dance routines in designated performance areas.
- Engage with guests in a professional and lively manner to create an interactive entertainment experience.
- Maintain stamina and energy throughout performances in a fast-paced nightlife setting.
- Collaborate with DJs, event coordinators, and fellow performers to align performances with music and themed events.
- Uphold performance standards, including attire, stage presence, and audience interaction.
- Assist in promotional events, photoshoots, and social media content when needed.
- Ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere for guests and staff while performing.
Qualifications
- Strong dance background in freestyle, club dance, hip-hop, jazz, or other performance-based movement (Choreography skills a plus).
- Comfortable performing in front of diverse audiences in an energetic nightlife setting.
- Ability to adapt to various music styles and maintain high-energy performances.
- Professionalism, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous experience in nightlife, cabaret, club entertainment, or themed events is preferred but not required.
- Must be 21 years or older to comply with liquor licensing requirements.
