Dispatcher - Night Shift

The Dispatcher coordinates all logistics for Field Services including but not limited to HULK Field Technicians, HULK material(s), and 3rd party delivery providers. Ensure the productivity, quality, and efficiency required by HULK.

JOB DUTIES

• Assigning and scheduling jobs to maintain the correct balance between customer satisfaction, completion deadlines, job costs, and safety.
• Communicating with customers directly as well as HULK account reps to ensure all relayed information is accurate and correct.
• Ensuring that established safety policies and procedures are followed in order to achieve the highest level highest possible level of safe working conditions for all assigned personnel.
• Ensuring that the work performed by OTS/HULK consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Ensuring that work performed on location consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Collecting, reviewing, and submitting all required documentation to the appropriate company personnel in a timely and accurate manner to ensure prompt and accurate processing of daily field tickets, JSAs, invoicing, and all other incoming documents.
• Maintaining consistent, effective communication with his/her immediate supervisor or other management personnel as necessary to ensure efficient field operations and management of field personnel.
• Communicating with customers when necessary to discuss and resolve job-related issues.
• Maintaining positive, productive relationships with other departments and personnel within the company.
• Operating in an ethical manner and in compliance with all established company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Continually search for ways and means to improve the processes and workflow involving the company’s operational functions to improve worker safety, efficiencies, productivity, and cost control, to minimize liability and maximize profitability.
• Performing various other jobs and assignments as directed.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School degree or equivalent
• 2 years of verifiable experience in a Dispatch/Logistics position within the Oil & Gas service industry
• 1 years of verifiable previous night shift experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in a high volume and fast paced work environment
• Willingness to work onsite (must live within 20 miles)
• Must be motivated, reliable, and able to communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Must be reliable and able to give sufficient notice for any scheduling conflicts.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and data entry skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with strong analytical and customer service skills.
