As Business Intelligence Manager , the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data quality, reporting, and analytics for Human Appeal family of charities. This role focuses primarily on Salesforce data and involves collaborating with multiple departments to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance donor engagement strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
1. Data Quality Management
- Monitor Salesforce data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
- Lead data-cleaning initiatives and establish robust processes to improve and maintain data integrity.
- Develop and enforce procedures to ensure data integrity and prevent data corruption
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
