Position Title: Facilities Engineer
Type: Direct Hire
Payrate: $45.00 - 55.00/hr
Shift Times: Day Shift (8:00AM - 5:00PM) Weekends As Needed
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and building ensuring optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, utilizing schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of installing and running CAT6 cables throughout the facility
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS.
- Collaborate with team members to implement safety protocols and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the installation and servicing of HVAC systems and other facility equipment.
- Provide technical support and customer service as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Experience in industrial mechanics and maintenance
- Solid mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics
- Electrical experience, including high and low voltage systems
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and CMMS
- Customer service experience and strong analytical skills
