Summary:
- This role reports directly to the hospital CEO, while receiving direction from Lifepoint Division People Services. Many People Service functions are centralized and administered through Lifepoint Business Services which includes recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, position control, performance reviews, transactions, employee and management self-service through the Oracle system.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will partner with the executive and leadership team members, responsible for defining, developing, and implementing People Service initiatives.
- Responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of People Services, including employee relations, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development.
- This is a hands-on role where you oversees a small team and may themselves assist in regularly performing day-to-day human resource and department operational tasks.
What is required to be successful:
- Bachelor of Science degree
- 5 plus years of Healthcare (hospital) Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local registration relating to Human Resources, i.e., Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Affirmative Action, ADA, FMLA

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
