- Lead daily management of manufacturing facilities
- Develop visual workplace and enhance inventory management processes
- Assist in evaluating potential acquisitions and implementing ERP systems
- Analyze and integrate acquisitions into operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering
- 10 years of leadership experience in wood product manufacturing operations
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP Systems preferred
