Weatherization Crew Worker
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
2. Experience in the area of new home construction, rehabilitation and/or energy efficiency techniques required.
3. Lead-Based Paint Certification preferred; ability to obtain following hire, required.
4. Must possess ability to physically perform job assignments, including, but not limited to, accessing attics and crawl spaces, climbing onto roofs, and lifting required equipment.
5. Must possess excellent communication, organizational skills and be able to work independently.
6. Ability to attend trainings, required.
7. Must possess, or have ability to attain, a Chauffer’s Endorsement and medical certificate.
8. Must pass a respiratory fit test.
9. Must successfully pass all agency-required background checks.
WAGE
$19.00/hour plus agency fringe benefits
Fringe benefits include, but are not limited to, four-day workweek, paid time off and 11 paid holidays.
WORK LOCATION
Based in Caro
SCHEDULE
Monday through Wednesday 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; flexibility in schedule may be required.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform all duties associated with new construction, rehabilitation and/or energy efficiency techniques for projects, as assigned.
2. Assist in ensuring cost-effective and timely completion of all projects.
3. Responsible for the assurance of quality workmanship.
4. Responsible for maintaining project schedules, and assisting in the maintenance of quality control checks and measures.
5. Comply with safety regulations.
