Weatherization Foreman
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
2. Minimum of five years' experience in the area of new home construction, rehabilitation and/or energy efficiency techniques.
3. Supervisory experience, preferred.
4. Lead-Based Paint Certification preferred; ability to obtain following hire, required.
5. Must possess ability to physically perform job assignments, including, but not limited to, accessing attics and crawl spaces, climbing onto roofs, and lifting required equipment.
6. Must have ability to attend trainings
7. Excellent communication, organizational skills and ability to work independently, required.
8. Must possess, or have ability to attain, a Chauffer's Endorsement and medical certificate.
9. Must maintain a valid driver's license.
10. Must pass a respiratory fit test.
11. Must successfully pass all agency-required background checks.
WAGE
$22.00/hour plus agency fringe benefits
Fringe benefits include, but are not limited to, four-day workweek, paid time off, and 11 paid holidays.
WORK LOCATION
Based in Caro
SCHEDULE
Monday through Wednesday 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; flexibility in schedule may be required.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide supervision to assigned staff.
2. Comply with required federal/state guidelines and safety regulations.
3. Provide training and direction to staff to ensure cost-effective and timely completion of all projects.
4. Responsible for the assurance of quality workmanship.
5. Accurately complete all required forms needed for the project and/or agency.
