We seek an experienced Admissions Nurse to join our collaborative team. As an integral part of our care delivery process, you will ensure seamless patient admissions and high-quality resident care.
This role offers flexible scheduling, including rotating weekends, with a starting hourly wage of $36 and above, depending on experience, plus generous PM shift and weekend differentials.
A typical day may include:
* Maintaining a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in daily life routines
* Conducting thorough nursing assessments and evaluations
* Developing and implementing care plans as needed, while supervising resident care
To excel in this role, you must possess:
* Current RN license in the applicable state
* Active CPR certification
* Prior admissions nursing experience, preferably in senior care, skilled nursing, or post-acute/sub-acute settings
