Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health conditions through intake, interviews, observations, and tests.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical expertise and patient input.
Provide high-quality counseling services to individuals (adults and children), couples, families, and groups.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with staff members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Ensure strict confidentiality and accurate documentation of treatment and records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Complete necessary external documentation in a timely manner.
Participate in regular company meetings and ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
Provisional license in good standing for Counseling or Social Work (LAC, LSW) in the State of New Jersey.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with telehealth services is a plus.
