The Human Institute Psychology and Therapy is seeking a Provisionally Licensed Clinician (LAC, LSW) for a part-time contract position. Qualifications:
- Must possess a Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work and hold a provisional license (LAC, LSW) in good standing in the State of New Jersey.
- Bilingual abilities in English and any other language such as Turkish, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, or others are required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and diagnosis by reviewing patient information, conducting interviews, making observations, administering tests, and collaborating with staff members during intake and follow-up processes.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient input, utilizing clinical experience and knowledge.
- Provide therapy to individuals (adults and children), couples, families, and groups.
- Maintain effective communication with staff members.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality by ensuring the confidentiality of treatment and records.
- Adhere to state and federal guidelines and codes by documenting all encounters and ensuring billing standards are met.
- Complete external documentation as requested.
- Attend company meetings.
