Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions of patients through intake, interviews, observations, tests, and collaboration
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience, patient input, and knowledge
- Provide counseling services to individuals (adults and children), couples, families, and groups
- Maintain effective communication with staff members
- Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of treatment and records according to state and federal guidelines
- Complete external documentation as required
- Attend company meetings for ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Possess a Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work
- Hold a provisional license in good standing for Counseling or Social Work (LAC, LSW) in the State of New Jersey
