Multifamily Marketing Director needed for Southeast Apartment Portfolio Only Multifamily candidates with Class A, Corporate level Marketing expertise will be considered. The position is based in Tampa, FL. Will be responsible for Corporate and Onsite Marketing with a Midsized Multifamily Company. Must be able to design and implement Marketing material for a Class AA, A and B Portfolio. Ideal candidate must have strong experience with Marketing, Training, Social Media, Sales, and Operations Management. Hybrid Home Office Position. 30% travel is required. Responsibilities include : Website Management, Online Reputation Management, Digital Marketing, Reporting and Analytics. Professional image and presentation skills are required.
