What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Aide Play & Learn position at Human Resouces Department?
Currently filling positions in our Play & Learn programs at 10 of our YMCAs around Indianapolis and surrounding areas. CHILD CARE AIDES assist in the implementation of programming and interact positively with parents, children, and other staff to develop a trusting relationship. This position helps in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth and demonstrates the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
