GENERAL FUNCTION
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, this position will be responsible for the cleanliness of the facility, which will include working with cleaning chemicals and equipment, operating back pack vacuums, up right vacuums, carpet extractors, rotary floor machines and climbing ladders and performing routine maintenance functions.
KNOW HOW
Must at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, or its equivalent, and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in housekeeping and general maintenance.
Should understand the importance of providing timely, quality member service, which includes ongoing evaluation of member satisfaction.
Attend mandatory trainings such as New Employee Orientation, Child Abuse Prevention and Safety & Risk Management within 60-90 days of employment.
